Printing Process
Flexographic
Flexography has been widely used as a quick and economical way of applying simple designs and areas of color to a wide variety of packaging materials, such as paper and plastic containers (including waxed-paper ones), corrugated-cardboard boxes, tape, envelopes, and metal foil.
Rotogravure
The process, also commonly called Roto Printing, is used in the manufacturing of food and non-food packaging, as well as labels, wall coverings, and transfer printing, and has a variety of further applications in the security printing, industrial, and tobacco segments of industry.
Digital
Digital presses can print labels that will not contaminate the container and allow the recycling of polyethylene terephthalate (pet) and other types of containers. New inks address attractive opportunities in brand protection, and shrink sleeves. digital capabilities ensure food and pharmaceutical packaging safety.
Film Technologies
PE
This film would be silicone coated either on one or two sides for usage as a carrier film for pressure sensitive applications.
5 & 7-LAYER COEX PE
These types of films can be used for vacuum food packaging, barrier film, flexible packaging film for printing, medical packaging, electrical component packaging and many other applications.
CPP
Transparent-cast polypropylene films are designed to offer high performance, great appearance, and easy conversion for flexible packaging and other applications.
PET
High-performance, crystal clear thermoplastic made from ethylene glycol and dimethyl terephthalate (DMT).
NYLON
A clear and printable thermoplastic that has a relatively high melting point, exceptional strength and toughness, and good oxygen barrier properties. It is ideal for use in conventional and microwave cooking applications.
